Our founders lead by offering a gold standard in industry expertise, acumen and passion. Under their guidance, Wolfcraig will become one of Scotland’s most pioneering distilleries of it’s type, creating a premium and singular product.

Michael Lunn

Founder

Former Chief Executive and Chairman of Whyte and Mackay Michael brings extensive corporate governance and board room experience from across the whole of the food and drinks sector. A specialist brand builder Michael will focus on positioning Wolfcraig as first in class.

Jamie Lunn

Founder

Jamie brings over 20 years of experience as a construction professional having spent much of that time pioneering eco-friendly solutions for new buildings. Jamie will use this experience to ensure that Wolfcraig Distillery maximises its energy efficiency.

John Moore

Founder

An experienced corporate finance professional and former Citywire Top 100 adviser John has over 25 years of experience in advising businesses and financial institutions. John has worked with numerous successful start-up companies to create strategic plans and financial projections for capital raising.

Iain Lochhead

Formerly Operations Director at John Dewar & Sons Iain managed the UK assets for Bacardi which included all Scotch Whisky and Bombay Sapphire production and was a member of the Bacardi Global Leadership Team. Iain is also a Master of the Quaich has chaired various Scotch Whisky Association industry committees.

Dr Alan Rutherford Obe

Former production director at Diageo Alan brings over 50 years of experience in brewing and distilling to the team. As a Master of the Quaich and Past President of the Malt Distillers Association of Scotland there are few people in the industry who can match Alan’s experience in Scotch Whisky.

Ian Macmillan

A globally recognised award winning Master Distiller, member of the Worshipful Company of Distillers and Master of the Quaich Ian brings over 40 years of experience of distilling experience to the team.

Caroline Cerisola

MD of DLT Advisers Limited

Caroline is an experienced financial services professional and regulatory expert based in London and Gibraltar. Through her company DLTA, Caroline advises on how blockchain technology can be implemented across different sectors.

Lauren Gray

Marketing Manager

Lauren is an English Literature graduate and a Scottish Olympian in Curling. Bringing valuable organisational, social media and stakeholder relations experience to the pack. Lauren will also be helping us shape our strategy for newcomers to the wonderful world of whisky as part of our desire to make the Wolfcraig experience engaging for everyone.

Greg Isbister

Consultant

Greg is the Founder / CEO of Blis - a software and analytics platform used by some of the world's biggest businesses. His experience spans start up/scale up, seed to VC fundraising, scaling senior teams, product development, technology insight & market expansion.
