Wolfcraig’s mission is to produce an innovative and premium spirits brand out of the heart of Scotland.
We have been meticulous in approaching the very best Master Blenders in the spirits industry to ensure our products are of the highest possible quality and originality, with heavyweight names like Richard Paterson OBE and Ian MacMillan on our team.
As the birthplace of the Wolfcraig Legend, our dream is to build a flagship distillery at
Craigforth in Stirling that will support the local community, encourage new visitors to the area
and create a fantastic environment for our products to be enjoyed.
The distillery will be a modern venue that has been designed with the visitor
experience at the forefront of each of its features. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a
distillery tour with augmented reality, make memories with friends and family in our beautiful
restaurant overlooking Stirling Castle, and take your special occasion to the next level with a
bespoke experience in one of our private tasting rooms.
Sustainability will be of the upmost importance at Wolfcraig, and will be at the forefront of our plans for our distillery, products and production processes.

A Local Review Body representing Stirling Council met on the 18th October 2022 to review the Planning Permission case for our flagship Distillery at Craigforth.
We were pleased the Local Review Body decided upon a site visit and Hearing given the size and scale of
the project. We are delighted to have the opportunity to present to the Review Body and demonstrate the
incredible benefits of having our world class distillery in Stirling.
The site visit to Craigforth and the Hearing will take place in early December 2022, and the panellists
will give a decision that day.
